Our new IDX search is very powerful and has many new and exciting features available to use for your home search. It is very easy to use and you can also now save all your searches and come back at a later date to review your saved listings.

How-To Bookmark Listings
Overview
Bookmarked listings are listings that you want to save and view later. This is handy if you simply do not have much time or you want your partner/family to view the listing with you when you are all together. This way you can bookmark all the properties that you want to investigate in more detail at a later date, if you decide you dont want that listing bookmarked anymore you can simply delete that bookmark and continue with your home search.
Bookmark a Listing
To Bookmark a Listing click the star icon near each listing result or the Bookmark Listing button found on each listing's details page.
Why not try it for yourself now. Simply Search the Brevard MLS and find your dream home, then simply click the small star to bookmark that property. Find another Brevard property and again click the star to bookmark. You will now be able to view those bookmarks at any time you choose. There is no limit on the number of bookmarks you can have saved so go ahead and bookmark as many as you want. Happy Bookmarking!

Save a Search
To Save a Search Click the " Save this Search!" link found at the top of any listings results page.
Daily Listing Updates
New listings matching your saved search criteria will be sent to you each day. This will keep you informed on the latest properties available.
