A little about me
In 2001 Mel began his career in Commercial Real Estate achieving the million dollar club on his first sale of a 30,000 sf industrial building for $1,200,000. A year later he opened Howard Real Estate Inc. achieving over 100 million in sales through 2011. He now has joined forces with National Realty of Brevard, Inc. creating an unbeatable commercial sales organization through the combination of aggressive marketing, seasoned sales ability, and respected established success.
